At Jolly Lolly Jumping, our dedicated team deliver, set-up and collect the jumping castles and other decor items, ensuring timely fulfillment of all bookings and orders. We focus on meticulous planning to guarantee satisfaction.
After you paid your deposit and received our detailed Booking Confirmation, we will contact with you on the Friday, or the day before your event to inform you of our Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for the delivery. This will usually be at least 1 to 3 hours before your party/event time, in order to ensure that you are set up before your event starts.
Disclaimer: Due to tight delivery schedules in the mornings, the team cannot wait for clients that are late (especially at venues) and will therefore only wait for a maximum of 15 mins for client to arrive. If the team had to leave for the next delivery (scheduled time), you risk the forfeiting the deposit and delivery. Should the team be able to fit another delivery to your area, a delivery fee will be charged for the additional trip.
